For Garage Project's fourth hop harvest collaboration with East Coast brewing legends Trillium called for something special. For this, they ventured two hours south of Sunrise Valley, to the new Nelson Lakes Farm, situated in the Matakitaki Valley. The freshest hop growing location by their friends at Freestyle Farms. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of hand selected Nelson Sauvin and Motueka create a giant, juicy and unforgettable hazy homage to one of New Zealand's most exciting new hop growing regions. The finished beer has a dense, smooth, hazy malt base, with an intense ripe mango aroma and tropical fruit smoothie palate - dominated by mango, pineapple, passion fruit and rock melon back notes. It's Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, but not as we know it.

The real deal. See You at the Crossroads, grapefruit IPA. Bright, crispy clean West Coast IPA, brewed with a mountain of Chinook, Strata, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe and spiked with grapefruit terpenes and natural peel extract. It's an unbelievably intense hop hit of fresh citrus, pine resin and pineapple sativa, elevated with mouthwatering juicy grapefruit. Where do I sign?

Kettle soured wheat, lightly salted and infused with white peaches - a delicate three way salty, sweet and sour balancing act. A little bit of white mischief in a beer where anything gose.

We love keeping it local, and we didn't have to go far to source these superfruits for this tasty blend of juicy Waikato blueberries and Hawke's Bay Apples. This cider is a limited release for the spring & summer seasons, and in squealers is perfect for a long, lazy afternoon.

Doris Plum Low Sugar (4.5%) looks a seductive magenta, and has aromas of plum, apple, and grape. On the palate it's sweet, tart, and very refreshing. This cider is also gluten free. Crafted with Hawkes Bay Doris Plums, it has 50% less sugar than the original Doris Plum Cider.

All the goodness of an apple cider married up with locally sourced Hawke's Bay Doris Plums. Hints of plum & fruit, with sweet and tart taste, makes this one dangerously refreshing. Doris Plum Cider (4.0%) looks a seductive magenta, and has aromas of plum, apple, and grape. On the palate it's sweet, tart, and very refreshing.

Peach Bomb, featuring NZ's beloved golden queen peaches. Bursting with a deep golden yellow hue and an intense, flavourful punch.

Heineken 0.0 is twice brewed and fermented with Heineken's unique A-yeast from natural ingredients with gentle alcohol removal and blending to achieve a fruity flavour and slight malty notes.
