Use this sauce as a marinade, basting, condiment or dipping sauce for your favourite BBQ’d meat.

You will need:

  • 2 cups of ketchup
  • 1 cup of Jim Beam
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp Worchestershire sauce 
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

To make:

  • Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan until well blended
  • Bring to the boil then reduce heat & simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally

This sauce will keep in the fridge for up to a month. Serve at room temperature.
